द्विपक्षीय संबंध को बढ़ावा देने के लिए भारत और जापान में कई समझौते

• प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी 13वें भारत-जापान वार्षिक शिखर सम्मेलन में हिस्सा लेने के लिए जापान की दो दिवसीय यात्रा पर गए थे। इस दौरान दोनों देशों के कई अहम समझौते हुए।
• भारत और जापान ने 75 अरब डॉलर की मुद्रा अदला-बदली (करैंसी स्वैप) समझौते पर हस्ताक्षर किया।
• प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी की जापान यात्रा के दौरान इस समझौते को दोनों देशों ने मंजूरी दी, जिससे देश की विदेशी मुद्रा और पूंजी बाजार में स्थिरता आने की उम्मीद है।
• यह समझौता दोनों देशों के बीच आर्थिक सहयोग को और मजबूत करेगा।

          जाने क्या होता है ''2+2''

• 2+2 वार्ता एक टर्म (शब्द) है,- दो देशों के रक्षा और बाहरी मामलों के मंत्रालयों के बीच एक संवाद तंत्र की स्थापना के लिए इस टर्म का उपयोग किया जाता है।

          यह होगा असर

• इस समझौते से भारत के कैपिटल मार्केट और विदेशी विनिमय को स्थिरता मिलेगी।
• इस समझौते के बाद से भारत जरूरत पड़ने पर 75 अरब डॉलर की पूंजी का इस्तेमाल कर सकता है।

पहले मेगा फूड पार्क का उद्घाटन किया गया

• केंद्रीय खाद्य प्रसंस्करण उद्योग मंत्री हरसिमरत कौर बादल ने 29 अक्टूबर को गुजरात के पहले मेगा फूड पार्क का उद्घाटन किया। यह जिला सूरत में स्थित है।
• बता दें, गुजरात के मेहसाणा जिले में मंत्रालय द्वारा दूसरा मेगा फूड पार्क भी स्वीकृत कर दिया गया है।
• यह मेगा फूड पार्क 70.15 एकड़ की भूमि में 117.87 करोड़ रुपये की लागत में निर्मित है।

          क्या होगा असर

• इस पार्क से 5,000 लोगों को प्रत्यक्ष और अप्रत्यक्ष रूप से रोजगार मिल सकेगा और सीपीसी और पीपीसी क्षेत्रों में लगभग 25,000 किसान लाभान्वित होंगे।

सीएसआईआर द्वारा विकसित कम प्रदूषणकारी फायरक्रैकर्स

• 29 अक्टूबर को एक पत्रकार सम्मेलन में विज्ञान और प्रौद्योगिकी मंत्री, पृथ्वी विज्ञान, पर्यावरण, वन और जलवायु परिवर्तन मंत्री डॉ हर्षवर्धन ने बताया कि सीएसआईआर (CSIR) वैज्ञानिकों ने कम प्रदूषणकारी फायरक्रैकर्स (पड़ाके) बनाए हैं, यह न केवल पर्यावरण अनुकूल हैं बल्कि अन्य फायरक्रैकर्स की तुलना में 15-20% तक सस्ते भी हैं
• इन क्रैकर्स को 'सेफ वाटर रिलीजर' (SWAS), 'सेफ मिनिमल एल्यूमीनियम' (SAFAL) और 'सेफ थर्मिट क्रैकर' (STAR) के रूप में नामित किया गया है।
• बता दें, CSIR की स्थापना 1942 में की गई थी।

कोचीन शिपयार्ड में 1,799 करोड़ रुपये की नई परियोजना

• केंद्रीय सड़क परिवहन एवं राजमार्ग तथा पोत परिवहन मंत्री नितिन गडकरी ने 30 अक्टूबर को कोचिन शिपयार्ड में देश के सबसे बड़ी शुष्क डॉक (बंदरगाह) का शिलान्यास किया।
• बता दें, इसका निर्माण 1,799 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से किया जाना है।
• इस कदम से कोचिन शिपयार्ड को विशेष प्रौद्योगिकी से लैस और बड़े आधुनिक जहाजों के निर्माण की क्षमता हासिल हो जाएगी।
• इस परियोजना के मई, 2021 तक पूरा होने की उम्मीद है। इससे 2,000 लोगों के लिए रोजगार के अवसर उपलब्ध होंगे।
• गडकरी केरल में 1,557 करोड़ रुपये की तीन राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग परियोजनाओं की आधारशिला भी रखेंगे।

एससी ने एनसीआर में 15 वर्षीय पेट्रोल और 10 वर्षीय डीजल वाहनों पर प्रतिबंध लगा दिया

• प्रदूषण को लेकर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने 29 अक्टूबर को दिल्ली परिवहन विभाग को आदेश दिया कि दिल्ली में 10 साल पुराने डीजल और 15 साल पुरानी पेट्रोल की गाड़ियों के नम्बर को वेबसाइट पर डालें और यदि ऐसी गाड़ियां सड़क पर चलती दिखे, तो तुरंत इन्हें सीज करें।
• इसके साथ ही कोर्ट ने सेंट्रल पॉल्यूशन कंट्रोल बोर्ड (सीपीसीबी) से कहा है कि वह सोशल मीडिया पर अकाउंट खोले ताकि लोग उसपर प्रदूषण संबंधी शिकायत दर्ज कर सके।
• इस मामले की सुनवाई के दौरान कोर्ट ने कहा कि दिल्ली में प्रदूषण की भयावह स्थिति है और पुरानी दिल्ली में हालात बहुत खराब है। कोर्ट ने कहा कि सुबह उठने के साथ ही धुंध की स्थिति से ही अंदाज लगा सकते है कि दिल्ली में प्रदूषण की क्या स्थिति है।
• आपको बता दें कि 26 अप्रैल 2014 को नेशनल ग्रीन ट्रिब्यूनल (एनजीटी) ने दिल्ली-एनसीआर में बढ़ते पलूशन को लेकर आदेश जारी किया था। इसके तहत एनसीआर में 15 साल पुराने वाहनों के आवागमन पर प्रतिबंध लगा दिया गया।
• वहीं, 07 अप्रैल 2015 को एनसीआर में 10 साल पुराने डीजल चालित वाहनों के संचालन पर प्रतिबंध लगाया गया था।

सार्वजनिक स्वास्थ्य देखभाल पर 5वां राष्ट्रीय शिखर सम्मेलन -काजीरंगा में शुरू

• भारत में सार्वजनिक स्वास्थ्य देखभाल, प्रतिकृति प्रथाओं और नवाचारों पर 5वां राष्ट्रीय शिखर सम्मेलन असम के काजीरंगा में शुरू हुआ है।
• राज्य के मुख्यमंत्री सरबानंद सोनोवाल और केंद्रीय स्वास्थ्य मंत्री जे पी नड्डा ने तीन दिवसीय शिखर सम्मेलन का उद्घाटन किया।
• शिखर सम्मेलन का उद्देश्य -स्वास्थ्य क्षेत्र के सुधार के लिए कई प्रदेशों और संगठनों द्वारा लागू किये जाने वाले अच्छे प्रथाओं और नवाचारों को साझा करना और सीखना है।
• यहां सार्वजनिक स्वास्थ्य प्रणाली में अच्छे प्रथाओं और नवाचारों को व्यापक रूप से शामिल किया गया है।

आइल ऑफ मैन टूर्नामेंट: अधिबान रहे संयुक्त तीसरे स्थान पर

• ग्रैंडमास्टर बी अधिबान ने 29 अक्टूबर को अंतिम दौर में इंग्लैंड के शीर्ष खिलाड़ी माइकल एडम्स को हराकर 'आइल ऑफ मैन अंतरराष्ट्रीय शतरंज टूर्नामेंट' में संयुक्त तीसरा स्थान हासिल किया।
• इस जीत से अधिबान ने अपने कुल अंकों की संख्या 6.5 पर पहुंचाई और सर्वश्रेष्ठ प्रदर्शन करने वाले भारतीय भी रहे।
• पोलैंड के रादोस्लाव वोजात्सजेक ने खिताब जीता। उन्होंने टाईब्रेकर में अजरबैजान के अर्कादिज नादित्स्च को शिकस्त दी।
• वोजात्सजेक और नादित्स्च के एक समान सात अंक थे जिसके बाद टाईब्रेकर का सहारा लिया गया था।
• दोनों खिलाड़ियों को हालांकि समान पुरस्कार राशि दी गई, लेकिन विजेता की ट्रॉफी वोजात्सजेक को दी गई।
• वोजात्सजेक के लिए यह दिन इसलिए भी महत्वपूर्ण था क्योंकि उनकी पत्नी रूस की एलिना काशलिनस्काया ने महिलाओं के वर्ग में चैंपियन बनीं।

एंजेला मार्केल छोड़ेंगी 2021 में जर्मन चांसलर का पद

• जर्मनी की चांसलर और दुनिया की सबसे ताकतवर महिलाओं में शुमार एंजेला मर्केल 2021 में अपना कार्यकाल पूरा होने के बाद हट जाएंगी।

          एंजेला मर्केल के बारे में

• 64 वर्षीय मर्केल पिछले 13 साल से जर्मनी की चांसलर हैं। वो सबसे पहली बार 2005 में इस पद पर काबिज हुईं।
• 14 मार्च, 2014 को वो चौथी बार जर्मनी की चांसलर बनीं।
• मर्केल ने 1989 में क्रांति के प्रभाव स्वरूप, पूर्वी जर्मन सरकार की उप-प्रवक्ता के रूप में संक्षिप्त सेवा कर, राजनीति में प्रवेश किया था।
• वो साल 2000 से क्रिश्चियन डेमोक्रेटिक यूनियन (सीडीयू) का नेतृत्व कर रही हैं।
• वो जर्मनी की पहली महिला हैं जो इनमें से किसी भी पद का दायित्व संभाल रही हैं।

India, Japan several agreements to boost bilateral relation

Indian PM Narendra Modi during his visit to Japan has fruitful and extensive talks on the bilateral as well as other global issues. It was 13^th Indo-Japan annual summit.

Several agreements including naval cooperation and a high speed rail project. They also emphasized on increasing military and economic ties to counter the heavy weight China.

Major takeaways:

India and Japan concluded a $75 billion currency swap agreement, a move intended to bring greater stability to the rupee and capital markets in India.

India and Japan have also agreed to initiate 2+2 dialogue at the foreign and defence minister’s level.

India and Japan have also agreed to start joint projects in Myanmar, Bangladesh and Sir Lanka.

India and Japan Relations:

During the 13^th Indo-Japan summit, Indian PM visited FANUC Corporation – one of the largest makers of Industrial robots in the world. It has symbolic value because as India is planning to move Industry 4.0 in the fields of Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things, 3D printing and robotics. India and Japan have a long and deep bilateral relation but it lacks the volume.

The Japan-India Association was set up in 1903, and is one of the oldest international friendship bodies in Japan. 

Low Growth in Trade

While Japan has been one of the biggest sources of investment flows into India, accounting for $28.16 billion in FDI between April 2000 and June 2018, trade engagements have been below potential.  On the list of countries that India exports to, Japan is a lowly 18th; on the list of countries importing into India, Japan ranks 12th.

This is despite the two countries having signed a Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA) in 2011 to facilitate growth in bilateral trade. This was described as the most comprehensive of all such agreements concluded by India — covering trade in goods and services, movement of persons, investments, intellectual property rights, Customs procedures and other trade related issues. The CEPA envisages abolition of tariffs on over 94% of items traded between India and Japan over a period of 10 years.

Much of the Japanese FDI inflows have been concentrated in the automobile, electrical equipment, telecommunications, chemical, and pharma sectors. As of October 2016, there were 1,305 Japanese companies registered in India, an increase of 76 companies (6% growth) as compared to 1,229 in October 2015.

Japan’s Investment:

Of the funds invested by Japan in India in the last five years, $90 billion has gone into the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor, which will see new towns, industrial parks, ports and airports alongside the 1,483-km high-speed rail and road line being developed between two of India’s top cities.

Japan is also backing the Mumbai-Ahmedabad High Speed Rail (bullet train) service, and has released the first tranche of Rs 5,500 crore. Approximately 81% of the cost of the project is to be funded through a soft loan from Japan’s government.

In March 2018, a ‘Cool EMS Service’ was started, under which Japanese food items permissible under Indian regulations are transported in cool boxes from Japan to India through postal channels. While at present this service is available in only in Delhi and works one way (Japan to India).

Digital Push:

Both sides are striving to push a digital partnership, with the NITI Aayog being the nodal point on the Indian side, and the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry on the Japanese side.

China Twist

India has boundary disputes with China and is also anxious about Chinese dominance in Indian Ocean apart from South China Sea. Japan has also dispute over the Senkaku Islands in the East China Sea. Given the Chinese aggressive expansionist policy, India and Japan are looking for ways to enhance their security as well as increased trade volume.

Gujarat’s first mega food park opened at Surat

Union Minister for Food Processing Industries Harsimrat Kaur Badal inaugurated the first Mega Food Park in Gujarat. Promoted by Gujarat Agro Infrastructure Mega Food Park Pvt. Ltd the Park is located at Village Shah and Vasravi, Taluka Mangrol, District Surat. 

The Gujarat Agro Mega Food Park will benefit the people of Surat District and the people of nearby Districts of Navsari, Tapi, Narmada & Bharuch. This Mega Food Park has been set up in 70.15 acre of land at a cost of Rs. 117.87 crore.

SWAS, SAFAL and STAR: Less polluting firecrackers developed by CSIR

In view of the Supreme Court's ruling on firecrackers, the Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR) scientists has developed less polluting green firecrackers named SWAS, SAFAL and STAR.

These firecrackers are not only environment-friendly but also 15-20 percent cheaper than the conventional ones.

These firecrackers developed by the CSIR has a unique property of releasing water vapour and /or air as a dust suppressant and diluent for gaseous emissions and matching performance in sound with conventional crackers.

Firecrackers have been named as safe water releaser (SWAS), safe minimal aluminium (SAFAL) and safe thermite cracker (STAR).

SWAS crackers eliminates usage of (KNO₃) Potassium nitrate and Sulphurwith consequent reduction in particulate matter (30-35%) SO₂ and NOx. It has matching sound intensity with commercial crackers in the range of 105-110 dBA.

STAR eliminates usage of KNO₃ and S with consequent reduction in particulate matter (35-40%), SO₂ and NOx. It has matching sound intensity with commercial crackers in the range of 105-110 dBA.

SAFAL has minimal usage of aluminium (only in flash powder for initiation) with consequent significant reduction in particulate matter(35-40 %) compared to commercial crackers. It has matching sound intensity with commercial crackers in the range of 110-115 dBA.

The Indian Fireworks industry is over 6000-crore worth of annual turnover and provides employment opportunities to over 5 lakh families directly or indirectly.

India’s largest Dry Dock foundation laid at Cochin Shipyard

India’s largest dry dock for the construction, repair and maintenance of ships at the Cochin Shipyard was inaugurated on 30 October.

The dry dock will give an impetus to ‘Make in India’ initiative under Sagarmala (Programme for building and modernizing ports) and raise India’s share in global shipbuilding to 2%. India currently occupies 0.66% share in global shipbuilding market.

India’s commercial shipbuilding industry is worth Rs 3,200 crore and focuses primarily on small-medium sized off-shore vessels and cargo/bulk carriers. The new dock is being constructed at a cost of Rs 1,799 crore.

SC bans 15-year-old petrol & 10-year-old diesel vehicles in NCR

All 15-year-old petrol and 10-year-old diesel vehicles need to be impounded in Delhi-NCR, the Supreme Court ruled on 29 Oct as air quality became more dangerous.

The judicial intervention came on a day when pollution in 10 areas in Delhi hit the severe mark - the sixth and the last stage on the air quality index. Overall, air quality was in the second most alarming category: very poor.

Supreme Court ordered that disel vehciles plying in Delhi-NCR should be published on the websites of the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) and the transport department.

The National Green Tribunal (NGT) had also banned such vehicles in Delhi-NCR. But the ban had not been taken seriously. 

The Environment Pollution (Prevention and Control) Authority (EPCA) said that heavy commercial vehicles release very high levels of carbon monoxide and nitrogen oxide.

The EPCA's report suggested measures such as cleaning up vehicles through technology and to reduce and restrain the growth of individual vehicles through massively augmented public transport systems, so as to re-check the sources of pollution.

5th National Summit on Public Health Care begins at Kaziranga

The 5th National Summit on Good and Replicable Practices and Innovations in Public Health Care Systems in India was held at Kaziranga in Assam on 30 Oct. 18

Assam Chief Minister Sarbanand Sonowal and Union Health Minister J P Nadda inaugurated the event.

Adhiban beats Adams to tie for third in Isle of Man Chess tournament

Grandmaster B Adhiban finished tied third at the Isle of Man International tournament after beating highly-regarded Michael Adams of England in the ninth and final round in Isle of Man, United Kingdom. 

Poland's Radoslav Wojtaszek emerged the winner of the event. 

Vishwanathan Anand ended the final round with another draw against Wang Hao.

Isle of Man Chess Tournament was held from 20-28 October in United Kingdom.

Angela Merkel to step down as German chancellor in 2021

Germany’s Angela Merkel says she will not seek a fifth term as chancellor in 2021.

In an announcement on 29 Oct, Merkel also said she would step down as leader of her conservative Christian Democratic Union, or CDU party, in December.

Merkel, who is 64, has served as chancellor since 2005. She has led the CDU since 2000.

Merkel currently leads Germany as part of a “grand coalition” of the country’s biggest political parties. These include the CDU and its partner in the southern state of Bavaria, the Christian Social Union, or CSU. The center-left Social Democratic Party, or SPD, is also part of the coalition.

केरळमध्ये कोचीन शिपयार्ड येथे भारतातले सर्वात मोठे ड्राय डॉक उभारले जाणार

• केरळमध्ये कोचीन शिपयार्ड येथे भारतातले सर्वात मोठे ड्राय डॉक उभारण्यासाठी दिनांक 30 ऑक्टोबर 2018 रोजी भूमिपूजन करण्यात आले आहे.
• नव्या बंदराच्या बांधकामासाठी 1799 कोटी रुपयांचा निधी मंजुर करण्यात आला आहे. हे बांधकाम सन 2021 पर्यंत पूर्ण होण्याची अपेक्षा आहे.
• ड्राय डॉकमुळे सागरमाला प्रकल्पाच्या अंतर्गत "मेक इन इंडिया" पुढाकाराला चालना मिळणार आणि हे जागतिक जहाजबांधणीच्या क्षेत्रात भारताचा वाटा वर्तमानातल्या 0.66% वरून 2% इतका करण्यास उद्युक्त करेल. 

दिल्ली-NCRमध्ये जुन्या वाहनांच्या वापरावर बंदी

• सर्वोच्च न्यायालयाने दिल्ली-राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्रात 15 वर्ष जुन्या पेट्रोल वाहनांचा आणि 10 वर्ष जुन्या डीझल वाहनांचा वापर करण्यास मनाई केली आहे.
• दिल्लीमधील हवेतल्या प्रदूषणाची पातळी "अत्यंत गंभीर" श्रेणीत पोहचलेली आहे. केंद्रीय प्रदूषण नियंत्रण मंडळ (CPCB) याने तयार केलेल्या श्रेणीबद्ध प्रतिसाद कृती योजनेचा (Graded Response Action Plan) हा एक भाग आहे.

काझीरंगा येथे 5वी ‘सार्वजनिक आरोग्य सेवा विषयक राष्ट्रीय शिखर परिषद’चे आयोजन

• दिनांक 30 ऑक्टोबर 2018 रोजी आसाम राज्यात काझीरंगा येथे भारतातल्या सार्वजनिक आरोग्य सेवा यंत्रणेमधील चांगल्या आणि परिणामकारक सराव पद्धती आणि अभिनव कल्पना विषयक  ‘5वी राष्ट्रीय शिखर परिषद’ या कार्यक्रमाचा शुभारंभ करण्यात आला.
• तीन दिवस चालणार्‍या या परिषदेचे आयोजन केंद्रीय आरोग्य व कुटुंब कल्याण मंत्रालयातर्फे केले गेले.

• भारताचा ग्रँडमास्टर बी. अधिबन (ऊर्फ अधिबन भास्करन) यांचे इसले ऑफ मॅन (इंग्लंड) येथे खेळल्या गेलेल्या तिसर्‍या आंतरराष्ट्रीय बुद्धिबळ क्रिडास्पर्धेत तिसर्‍या स्थानी (गुणांनुसार संयुक्त दुसरा क्रमांक) स्पर्धेतील आव्हान समाप्त झाले आहे. अधिबन यांनी तृतीय स्थान पटकावण्यासाठी इंग्लंडच्या मायकेल अॅडम्सचा पराभव केला.

SWAS, SAFAL आणि STAR: CSIRद्वारा विकसित कमी प्रदूषण फैलावणारे फटाके

विज्ञान व उद्योग संशोधन परिषद (CSIR) येथील शास्त्रज्ञांनी कमी प्रदूषण फैलावणारे फटाके विकसित केले आहेत. ते म्हणजे –

• सेफ वॉटर रिलीझर (SWAS)
• सेफ मिनीमल अॅल्युमिनियम (SAFAL)
• सेफ थर्माईट क्रॅकर (STAR)
• याशिवाय, CSIR-CEERI ने इलेक्ट्रॉनिक क्रॅकर (ई-क्रॅकर) विकसित केले आहे. हे फटाके प्रकाश/ध्वनी याचा प्रभाव उत्पन्न करण्यासाठी उच्च-व्होल्टेज इलेक्ट्रोस्टॅटिक डिस्चार्जच्या तंत्रज्ञानावर आधारित आहे, जे इलेक्ट्रिक स्पार्क उत्पन्न करतात. ई-लडी, ई-अनार, ई-क्रॅकरसाठी तंत्र इत्यादी विविध उत्पादनांना विकसित केले आहे.
• पोस्ट कम्बशन कंट्रोल सिस्टम आणि डिव्हाइस - CSIR-NEERI ने स्थानिक धूळ नियंत्रणासाठी फोटोचिप सामग्री म्हणून PURE-WAYU ही नवीन यंत्रणा विकसित केली आहे.
• रिड्युस्ड एमिशन क्रॅकर - CSIR-CECRI (कराईकुडी) ने कमी उत्सर्जन होणारे फटाके विकसित केले.
• बिजली क्रॅकर - CSIR-NEERI ने प्रदूषके-विरहित फटाके विकसित केले.

नवे फटाके केवळ पर्यावरणाला अनुकूल आहेत. शिवाय परंपरागत फटाक्यांपेक्षा 15-20% स्वस्त आहेत. हे फटाके पाण्याचे बाष्प आणि/किंवा कमी धूर आणि कमी वायू उत्सर्जित करणारे आहेत. फटाक्यांमध्ये वापरली जाणारी पोटॅशियम नायट्रेट आणि सल्फर ही प्रदूषके नव्या फटाक्यांमध्ये वापरली गेली नाहीत.

सुरत जिल्ह्यात गुजरातच्या पहिल्या मेगा फूड पार्कचे उद्घाटन

• केंद्रीय अन्नप्रक्रिया उद्योग मंत्री हरसिमरत कौर बादल यांच्या हस्ते शाह आणि वासरावी (मंगरोल तालुका, जिल्हा सुरत) या खेड्यांमध्ये गुजरातच्या पहिल्या मेगा फूड पार्कचे उद्घाटन करण्यात आले आहे.
• 117.87 कोटी रुपयांच्या खर्चाने हा फूड पार्क उभारण्यात आला आहे. राज्यातला दुसरा फूड पार्क मेहसाणा जिल्ह्यात उभारण्यास मंजूरी दिली आहे.
• भारत सरकारच्या मेगा फूड पार्क योजनेच्या अंतर्गत प्रत्येक मेगा फूड पार्क प्रकल्पाला 50 कोटी रुपयांपर्यंतचे आर्थिक सहाय्य दिले जात आहे. मेगा फूड पार्क ही योजना "समूह" पध्दतीवर आधारित आहे. पार्कमध्ये विशेषत: पुरवठा साखळीसाठी पायाभूत सुविधा, ज्यामध्ये संकलन केंद्रे, प्राथमिक प्रक्रिया केंद्रे, केंद्रीय प्रक्रिया केंद्रे, शीतसाखळी आणि उद्योजकांसाठी 30-35 पूर्ण विकसित भूखंडासकट अन्नप्रक्रिया उद्योग उभारण्याची सोय असते. मेगा फूड पार्क प्रकल्प स्पेशल पर्पज व्हेईकल (SPV) द्वारे चालवले जातात, जे कंपनी कायद्यांतर्गत नोंदणीकृत कॉर्पोरेट मंडळ असतात.
