• केंद्रीय मंत्री सुरेश प्रभू यांच्या हस्ते 22 फेब्रुवारीला इतक्या राज्यांमधील आठ विमानतळांचे उद्घाटन करण्यात आले – सात (केरळ, कर्नाटक,तामिळनाडू, आसाम, राजस्थान, पंजाब,मणीपूर.
• या संस्थेकडून दिल्लीच्या BSES या कंपनीच्या कार्यक्षेत्रातल्या रहिवासी आणि संस्थात्मक ग्राहकांसाठी ‘अत्याधिक-कार्यक्षम वातानुकूलन कार्यक्रम’चा शुभारंभ करण्यात आला - ऊर्जा कार्यक्षमता सेवा मर्यादित (EESL).
• ‘सिंधू पाणीवाटप’ करारानुसार भारताच्या वाट्याचे पाकिस्तानात वाहून जाणारे संपूर्ण पाणी या राज्यांसाठी उपयोगात आणले जाणार - जम्मू-काश्मीर आणि पंजाब.
• या राज्याने दरिद्री शहरी युवक-युवतींना वर्षभरात 100 दिवस रोजगार उपलब्ध करवून देणारी 'मुख्यमंत्री युवा स्वाभिमान योजना' राज्यात लागू केली - मध्यप्रदेश.
• राष्ट्रपतींनी मुद्रांक शुल्क (stamp duty) गोळा करण्यास राज्यांना सक्षम करण्यासाठी कायदेशीर आणि संस्थात्मक यंत्रणा तयार करण्यासाठी या सालच्या भारतीय मुद्रांक अधिनियमामध्ये दुरूस्ती करण्यास संमती दिली – सन 1899.

• आफ्रिकेच्या या सर्वात मोठ्या लोकशाही देशात 24 फेब्रुवारीनंतर मतदान होणार आहे – नायजेरिया.

• On February 22, Civil Aviation Minister Suresh Prabhu inaugurated eight airports across the country in - seven states (Kerala, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Assam, Rajasthan, Punjab, Manipur.
