  कसे वापरावे?

 १.  एक्सेल शीट ची झुम लेवल 110 % पेक्षा कमी ठेवू नका( एक्सेल मध्ये
खालील डाव्या बाजुला झुम बार आहे)

 २.  विद्यार्थी नावापुढे M / F टाइप केल्यानंतरच सॉफ्टवेयर संख्या मोजते,

 ३.  विद्यार्थी नावे युनिकोड मध्येच टाइप करा

 ४.  सॉफ्टवेअरमध्ये जातवार पट बरोबर येण्यासाठी धर्म व जात या
 कॉलममध्ये जात न टाकता,
कोणतेही टिंब न टाकता सलग इंग्रजित जात संवर्ग टाइप करा-
जसे open , obc, sc, st, nt इ.(याव्यतिरिक्त इतर संवर्ग count होत नाहीत)* हजर विद्यार्थ्या साथी p व गैरहजर साठी a टाइप करावे.

* विद्यार्थी सकाळाच्या सत्रात हजर राहिल्यास एक दिवस हजर मोजला जातो.

 ५. हे सॉफ्टवेअर फक्त ४५ विद्यार्थ्यासाठीच आहे.
